You can create backups through establishing Recovery and later on restore your SAASPASS. I contacted a GM about this in game and was told my items couldn't be recovered because the "hack" happened a year ago. I reactivated my account yesterday after almost a year of inactivity, only to find my characters were missing a lot of items and all gold. ![]()
